    Boxing inspired. Fun & effective class that will give you an amazing cardio workout. You will learn basic fundamentals of boxing including stances, movement, punching techniques. This interval class also includes jump-roping, heavy bags, punch-mitts and body-weight conditioning.

    High-energy class that combines a cardio workout with endurance resistance training. Class includes both high-impact and low-impact cardio and strength exercises. You will improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle capacity and tone your entire body.
